Clavis Consulting Ltd. is a Budapest-based consulting firm established in 2018, focusing on providing informed advice on EU legal, policy and business issues. It is owned and managed by dr. Péter Törcsi.

Unlike traditional consulting firms, our company provides our customers not only with advice in specific areas of expertise, but also with comprehensive strategic guidance. Our employees, experts and the entities affiliated with our organization have extensive experience in legal, political and business consulting. Our company is a member of a network of international consultancies and investors, which has a unique approach to the domestic consulting market, helping Hungarian public and private companies to play an international role.

OUR VISION

Management

dr. Péter Törcsi was born in Budapest in 1984. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Szeged.

Over the past decade and a half, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in political and business consulting, as well as corporate management.

From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a legal and policy advisor at the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice and the Office of the Hungarian National Assembly.

He is a founding member of one of Hungary's leading conservative research institute, the Center for Fundamental Rights, where he currently serves as Deputy Director General in charge of operations.

Since 2018 he has been the owner and CEO of Clavis Consulting Ltd.

Since 2021, he has chaired the Board of Trustees of the Oeconomus Economic Research Foundation, which conducts research and analysis on domestic and international economic processes and geopolitics.

He publishes regularly in legal and political journals in Hungarian and English, is a frequent guest on television and radio programs, and is the co-author and co-editor of several books and publications. He speaks English and German.
